Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for using the site: no scraping or bots, no abuse of forms, no impersonation, no unauthorized security testing, and no credit trading.
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Use for CloudAPIcredits (https://www.cloudapicredits.com), operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}. It sets out what you may not do on or with the Site. The Site is free to read and we want it to stay fast and honest; these rules exist to protect that.
1. Automated access and scraping
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download offer listings, credit amounts, verification dates, reviews or any other content from the Site, whether by script, browser extension, headless browser or manual copying at scale;
- use the Site's content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model, or to build a dataset for that purpose;
- republish our listings or verification data on another website, app, feed, extension or messaging channel, even with a link back;
- access the Site at a rate or in a pattern that a person using a browser would not produce, or that degrades its performance for others;
- bypass rate limits, IP blocks, CAPTCHAs or any other access control.
Ordinary search engine crawlers that obey our robots.txt are welcome. Journalists and researchers who want to quote or analyze the Site should email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}; we usually say yes.
2. Forms and email
The "Submit an offer" form, the contact form and our email addresses are for people with a real provider-issued offer, a real question or a real problem. You may not:
- submit the same offer or message repeatedly, or submit by script or bot;
- submit false, fabricated, expired or non-public offers, or offers you are not allowed to share, as the User Submission Terms describe;
- use a form to send advertising, link-building requests, phishing content or malware;
- enter another person's name or email address in a form, or otherwise cause us to email someone who did not ask to hear from us.
3. Impersonation and false statements
You may not pretend to be a cloud or AI provider, an affiliate network, an employee of CloudAPIcredits or any other person or organization in any communication with us or in any Submission. You may not claim that CloudAPIcredits endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you or your business. You may not send us a copyright, trademark or privacy request that contains a material false statement; the DMCA Policy explains the legal consequences for false takedown notices.
4. Security
You may not:
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or the systems behind it, or attempt to breach any security or authentication measure;
- interfere with the Site by means of a denial-of-service attack, malware, injection, or any other technique;
- access any part of the Site, its administration tools, its analytics or its data that is not intended for the public;
- attempt to read or modify another visitor's consent choices, submissions, account or data.
If you find a security problem, tell us. Email {{LEGAL_EMAIL}} with the details. We will acknowledge your report within three business days, we will not take legal action against good-faith research that stays within the bounds above, respects visitor privacy, and gives us a reasonable time to fix the issue before publication, and we will credit you if you want credit. We do not run a paid bug bounty.
5. Misuse of offers and credit trading
You may not use offers or information from the Site to:
- defraud a provider, including by opening multiple accounts to claim a trial or signup credit more than once, by applying to a startup, research or education program with false information, or by claiming a credit with stolen payment details or a stolen identity;
- buy, sell, trade, transfer or rent credits, promotional balances, API keys or accounts that hold credits, or offer to do any of those things to other readers;
- generate, guess or brute-force promotional codes, or use codes obtained by hacking, leaks or insider access;
- violate a provider's terms of service, acceptable use policy or program rules, or any law, including laws on computer fraud, identity theft and wire fraud.
Every offer on the Site is subject to the issuing provider's own terms. Those terms almost always say that credits are non-transferable, that one person may hold one trial account, and that a credit can be revoked if the terms are broken. You must meet every eligibility condition before you claim an offer. We list provider-issued offers only, and we remove anything that looks like credit trading when we find it.
6. Other prohibited conduct
You also may not:
- frame, mirror or embed the Site, or remove our name, disclosures or notices from any page;
- use the Site in a way that violates the rights of others, including privacy and publicity rights;
- link to the Site from any page that contains illegal content, that offers credits or accounts for sale, or that misrepresents its relationship with us;
- encourage or help anyone else to do anything this policy prohibits.
7. Enforcement
We investigate suspected violations and decide what to do based on what we find. Possible actions include:
- rate-limiting or blocking an IP address, range, user agent or email domain, temporarily or permanently;
- removing Submissions, closing an account and blocking the submitter from future submissions;
- reporting fraud or security incidents to the affected provider, to the affiliate network, to our hosting provider or to law enforcement;
- pursuing legal remedies, including under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1030, and the Texas Harmful Access by Computer statute, Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Chapter 143, where unauthorized access causes damage;
- sending a cease-and-desist notice to anyone republishing our content.
We may act without notice when we think delay would cause harm. We are not required to monitor the Site or Submissions, and our failure to act on one violation does not waive our right to act on another. If you believe we blocked you by mistake, email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} and we will look again.
8. Reporting a violation
If you see someone misusing the Site, or using it to trade credits or accounts, email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with the URL or details. We treat reports confidentially.
9. Changes
We may update this policy, and the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept it.
