Trademark Notice
How we use the names and logos of Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS and other providers, what marks are ours, and how to raise a trademark concern.
Last updated: November 2, 2026
CloudAPIcredits writes about cloud and AI API providers. To do that we have to name them. This notice explains how we use third-party trademarks, which marks belong to us, and how to reach us if you own a mark and have a concern.
1. Third-party trademarks
Google, Google Cloud, Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, GPT, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Amazon Web Services, AWS, Bedrock, Microsoft, Azure, xAI, Grok, OpenRouter, DigitalOcean, Groq, and the other provider, model and product names that appear on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners in the United States and elsewhere. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Clarity, Impact, CJ Affiliate and PartnerStack are likewise the marks of their owners.
Nothing on the Site should be read as a claim that we own any of these marks or that their owners have approved what we publish.
2. Why we may use them
We use third-party marks nominatively, that is, only to refer to the actual product or service the mark identifies. There is no other practical way to tell you that a trial credit is available on Google Cloud than to write "Google Cloud". United States trademark law, including the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq., and the nominative fair use cases decided under it, permits this kind of reference when the mark is used only as much as needed to identify the product and nothing suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
We keep within those limits:
- We use provider and model names in plain text in the same typeface as the surrounding copy wherever possible.
- We do not use a provider's name in our own logo, domain name or social media handles.
- Page titles that include a provider name describe the page's subject ("OpenAI API credits") and never state or imply that the page is the provider's official page or that we are a reseller or partner.
- Every provider page carries a statement that CloudAPIcredits is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the provider.
3. No sponsorship or endorsement
CloudAPIcredits is operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, an independent company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any provider whose name appears on the Site, and we are not an authorized reseller, partner, or distributor of any of them. Our commercial relationship with the providers is limited to participation in their public affiliate or referral programs, as our Affiliate Disclosure explains. Participation in an affiliate program is not a trademark license beyond what the program terms expressly grant, and it does not make us part of any provider's partner network.
4. Logos
Where we display a provider's logo, we use the version published in that provider's brand resources page and follow the usage rules published there: no recoloring, stretching, cropping or animation; required clear space; and no placement that implies the logo is part of our brand or that we are a certified partner. If a provider's brand guidelines forbid third-party use of its logo, or if the provider asks us to stop, we show the name in text only. We do not use logos in paid advertising creative unless the provider's affiliate program terms explicitly allow it, and we follow the Google Ads Trademarks policy in our own ads.
5. Our marks
"CloudAPIcredits", the CloudAPIcredits logo, the "Verification Promise" name and the look and feel of https://www.cloudapicredits.com are trademarks or trade dress of {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, whether or not registered. You may refer to us by name in a review, article or link. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse your product or service, register a domain name or social handle that is confusingly similar to ours, or copy our page designs. Requests to use our logo go to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}.
6. If you own a mark and have a concern
If you believe a use on the Site goes beyond fair reference, misstates your brand, uses an outdated or altered logo, or implies an affiliation or partner status that does not exist, email {{LEGAL_EMAIL}} with:
- the mark concerned and the basis of your rights (registration number if you have one);
- the URL of each page at issue;
- what you believe is wrong and what you would like us to do.
We respond to trademark concerns within five business days and generally resolve them by correcting the text, switching a logo to plain text, or adding a clearer non-affiliation statement. We take down pages only where a reference cannot be made fair by editing, which in our experience is rare. Copyright concerns follow the separate process in our DMCA Policy.
7. Reader submissions
Readers who submit offers agree under our User Submission Terms not to submit content that infringes a trademark. If a submission uses a brand name in a misleading way, for example by presenting an unofficial reseller as the provider, we edit it or decline to publish it.
