User Submission Terms

The terms for sending us a provider-issued offer or other content: the license you grant, what you may not submit, and how we publish it.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These User Submission Terms apply when you send anything to CloudAPIcredits through the "Submit an offer" form, the contact form, email, social media or any other channel (each a "Submission"). They are part of our Terms of Use. By making a Submission you agree to them. If you do not, please do not submit.

1. Who may submit

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. You must be submitting on your own behalf, not for a provider, an agency or a competitor, unless you tell us so in the Submission. Employees of providers and their agencies are welcome to send us public offers, but must identify themselves so we can label the offer correctly.

2. What you may submit

We accept:

  • provider-issued offers that are publicly available, including free trials, signup credits, startup, research and education programs, free tiers, published discounts, and promotional codes a provider has posted publicly, with a link to the official page that describes the offer;
  • corrections to credit amounts, pricing figures, quotas or program criteria we have published, with a source if you have one;
  • short descriptions of how an offer worked for you (the provider, whether the account was new, the date, the credit you received and how long it took to appear);
  • reports that a listed offer has ended or changed.

A Submission should contain only the information needed to describe the offer. Please do not include screenshots that show your API keys, billing account ID, project ID, name, address or payment card. If you send us one anyway, we will crop or delete it.

3. What you may not submit

You agree not to submit:

  • Credits, accounts or keys for sale or transfer, including offers to sell or trade credits, accounts that come with a balance, shared or pooled API keys, or any arrangement in which a credit granted to one person is used by another. These violate every provider's terms, and we remove them on sight.
  • Stolen or leaked credentials of any kind, including logins, API keys, billing account identifiers, or internal or partner-only promotional codes.
  • Unique personal codes issued to a specific person or account, such as a one-time credit sent to you by a provider's support team, a code tied to your email address, or an invitation that was addressed to your organization. These usually fail for anyone else and sharing them can violate the provider's terms.
  • Personal referral links that pay you. Most provider referral programs ban posting referral links on deal sites. If a program allows it, say so; we will usually link to the program's own page rather than to your link.
  • Offers obtained by fraud or by circumventing a restriction, including codes generated by brute force, credits claimed with false startup, research or student status, or programs intended only for a closed group you do not belong to.
  • Content you do not have the right to share, including text or images copied from another website or from a provider's non-public documentation, or material that is confidential, embargoed or subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or anything that infringes a copyright, trademark or privacy right.
  • Spam, including repeated submissions of the same offer, bulk submissions by script, or submissions whose real purpose is to place a link.

Our Acceptable Use Policy has more on misuse of the Site and of offers.

4. The license you grant us

You keep whatever rights you have in your Submission. By submitting, you grant {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, publish, distribute and display the Submission, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or later developed, for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Site and our related channels. This includes the right to rewrite your description in our house style, to combine it with other content, and to keep using it after you stop visiting the Site.

You also waive, to the extent permitted by law, any moral rights or rights of attribution in the Submission, and you agree that we do not have to publish it, keep it published, or tell you if we remove it.

5. Your promises about the Submission

You represent that:

  • you have the right to make the Submission and to grant the license above;
  • the Submission does not violate Section 3;
  • the information in it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and the offer is one the provider itself issues and makes available to the public;
  • you have not been paid or promised anything by a provider or anyone else to submit it, unless you disclose that in the Submission.

6. No compensation and no confidentiality

We do not pay for Submissions, and you will not receive any commission, credit or other compensation when an offer you sent is claimed, even if we earn money from it. Submissions are not confidential. Do not send us anything you would not want published, and do not send us business ideas or proposals with the expectation that we will keep them secret or pay for them.

7. What we do with Submissions

We read every Submission. We check offers against the provider's official page, and where possible claim them on a test account, before we publish them, following the process in our Editorial Policy. We may edit a Submission for length, clarity, accuracy and style, reject it for any reason or no reason, and remove it at any time. We reject anything that looks like credit trading even if we cannot prove it. We do not tell you why a Submission was declined, though if you gave us an email address we will usually tell you whether it was published.

8. Attribution

Published Submissions are credited one of two ways, at our discretion: anonymously ("submitted by a reader"), or by first name and state if you provided them ("submitted by Maria in Ohio"). We never publish your last name, email address, IP address, company name or any other identifying detail without your separate written consent. If you would prefer no attribution, say so in the Submission. If you later want your first name removed, email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} and we will remove it within five business days.

9. Personal information

Your Submission, your optional name and email, your IP address and the time of submission are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. If you were signed in with Google when you submitted, the Submission is linked to your account so you can see its status. We use your email only to tell you what happened to the Submission and to ask follow-up questions. We do not add you to a mailing list.

10. Consequences of violating these Terms

If a Submission violates Section 3, we may delete it, close your account, block the email address, IP address and other identifiers associated with it from future submissions, and, where the Submission involves fraud, stolen credentials or credit trading, report it to the affected provider or to law enforcement. Our DMCA Policy describes how repeat copyright infringement is handled. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your Submission as Section 13 of the Terms of Use provides.

11. Feedback about the Site

Suggestions, feature ideas and complaints about the Site itself are also Submissions under these Terms. We may use them freely without any obligation to you.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms: {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. Legal notices: {{LEGAL_EMAIL}}. Mail: {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, {{STREET_ADDRESS}}, {{SUITE_OR_UNIT}}, {{CITY}}, TX {{ZIP}}, United States.
