Disclaimer

What we cannot promise: offers can end at any time, providers set pricing and eligibility, and billing and program approvals are between you and the provider.

CloudAPIcredits (https://www.cloudapicredits.com) is published by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, {{ENTITY_TYPE, e.g. a Texas limited liability company}}. This Disclaimer explains the limits of what we can promise about the information on the Site. It is part of our Terms of Use, which contain the full disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability.

1. Offers can end at any time

Credits, trials, programs, free tiers and discounts are issued and controlled by the providers, not by us. A provider can cap the number of accounts that receive an offer, restrict it to new customers, certain countries, certain models or services, or accounts with a verified payment method, shorten its validity, or end it outright, and it does not tell us when it does. We check every offer we mark "Verified" against the provider's official page and publish the date we checked it, but an offer that was live on that date may not be available to you today, or to your account.

If an offer fails, the most likely reasons are that the provider has ended it, that your account does not meet its conditions, that you or your organization already received a trial or credit, or that your region is excluded. Our Verification Promise explains what we do when you report an offer that stopped working. It does not include any payment or credit from us.

2. Pricing, quotas and eligibility are set by the providers

Every per-token price, per-hour rate, rate limit, quota, free-tier allowance and eligibility rule you see is set by the provider, and can change between the time we wrote about it and the time you use the service. Figures on the Site are our summaries of information the providers publish on their own pricing pages, documentation and program terms, accurate as of the date on the page. Where a figure varies by model, region or account tier, we say so. Always confirm current pricing on the provider's own page before you rely on it.

3. We are not party to your relationship with a provider

We do not sell, resell, transfer or broker credits, API keys or accounts, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. We are not responsible for:

  • whether a provider grants a credit to your account, or how long the grant takes;
  • whether a provider approves or declines your application to a startup, research, education or partner program;
  • usage charges that accrue after a credit is used up or expires, including charges on a card you added to claim a trial;
  • rate limits, quota reductions, model deprecations, outages or service changes on the provider's side;
  • suspension or termination of your account by a provider for breaching its terms, including its rules on one account per person and on non-transferable credits;
  • the content, accuracy, security or privacy practices of any provider or other third-party site.

If something goes wrong with your account or billing, contact the provider's support team directly. Each provider page on the Site links to the provider's help center. We will point you in the right direction if you write to us, but we cannot intervene in a provider's decision.

4. "As is" basis

The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any content is accurate, complete or current. You use the Site and rely on its content at your own risk. The Terms of Use set out the specific warranties we disclaim and the limits on our liability, and those terms control if they differ from this summary.

5. Not professional advice

Articles on the Site about which provider is cheaper for a workload, how to stretch a trial, how startup programs compare, or how to estimate a token bill are general editorial opinion based on our own testing and reading of public information. They are not legal, financial, tax or engineering advice, and they do not take your individual circumstances into account. Program eligibility often depends on your company's funding, incorporation and prior use of the provider; if you have a question about whether you qualify, ask the provider, and if you have a legal or tax question, consult a professional.

6. Reviews and ratings are opinions

Ratings and editorial verdicts reflect our team's experience and judgment at the time of writing, formed as our Editorial Policy describes. They are opinions, not statements of fact about a provider's quality, and another developer may reasonably reach a different view.

The Site links to providers, affiliate networks, documentation, government sites and other third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we endorse the destination or that the destination endorses us. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them. Most links to providers are affiliate or referral links, as our Affiliate Disclosure explains; using them does not change your credit or your price.

8. Reader submissions

Some offers and comments on the Site were submitted by readers. We check offers against the provider's official page before publishing them, but we cannot verify every statement a reader makes about their experience, and reader submissions represent the reader's view, not ours.

9. Errors

If you find an error on the Site, we want to fix it. Email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with the URL and the problem. Our corrections process is described in the Editorial Policy.
