Affiliate Disclosure
How we earn commissions from cloud and AI providers, why it does not change your credits or price, and how money does and does not affect what we list.
Last updated: November 2, 2026
We earn a commission if you sign up or spend through our links. It does not change your price or the credits you receive. This page explains that relationship in the detail the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 CFR Part 255, expect from a site like ours.
1. Who is making this disclosure
CloudAPIcredits (https://www.cloudapicredits.com) is operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, {{ENTITY_TYPE, e.g. a Texas limited liability company}}, located at {{STREET_ADDRESS}}, {{SUITE_OR_UNIT}}, {{CITY}}, TX {{ZIP}}, United States. We publish listings of provider-issued credits, trials, startup and research programs, free tiers and discounts, pricing comparisons and reviews for cloud and AI API providers, including Google Cloud, the Gemini API, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Microsoft Azure, xAI, OpenRouter, DigitalOcean and Groq.
2. How we make money
Most links from this Site to a provider are affiliate or referral links. They pass through an affiliate network (Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, Partnerize, Awin and direct partner programs) or a provider's own referral system that records the click. If you create an account, add a billing method or spend with the provider within its attribution window, the provider pays us a commission, usually a fixed amount per signup or a percentage of your spend for a set period. The provider pays this out of its own marketing budget. You receive the same credit and pay the same rates the provider publishes, with or without our link.
Some providers on this Site do not run affiliate programs, or do not currently accept us. We still write about them because our readers compare them, and those links earn us nothing. We also earn from display advertising on some pages and may accept clearly labeled sponsored placements; our Advertising Policy covers both.
3. What commission does and does not change
Commission does not decide whether a provider or an offer appears on the Site. We list every provider-issued offer we can verify, including offers from providers that pay us nothing. An offer is marked "Verified" only because a member of our team opened the official offer page, or claimed the offer on a test account, on the date shown. Payment cannot buy that label.
Commission can affect order. When two offers are comparable in value and both verified, we may place the one that earns us more first. When offers differ in value, the better deal for you goes first regardless of commission. Within a provider's page, verified offers always appear above unverified or expired ones. Our Editorial Policy explains how we rank and rate.
Commission does not affect the ratings, pricing figures or editorial opinions in our reviews. The writers who check offers and rate providers do not see commission rates when they write, and no provider reviews our content before publication.
4. We are not the providers
CloudAPIcredits is an independent publisher. We are not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, xAI, OpenRouter, DigitalOcean, Groq or any other provider we write about. Our relationship with them is that of a participant in their affiliate or referral programs, on the same terms available to many other publishers.
We do not sell, resell, transfer or broker credits, API keys or accounts, and we do not process payments. When you follow a link to a provider, that provider's terms, eligibility rules, pricing and billing apply, not ours. Whether a credit is granted to your account is the provider's decision.
5. Trademarks
The names and logos of the providers belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the provider an offer or review is about, which trademark law allows as nominative fair use. We do not claim any rights in them. Details are in our Trademark Notice.
6. Where you will see disclosures
In addition to this page, each offer page and review carries a short disclosure near the top, above the first affiliate link, in the same type size as the surrounding text. Social media posts that contain affiliate links are marked with "#ad" or "affiliate link" in the post itself, not only in a profile bio. Emails that contain affiliate links say so in the body of the email.
7. Offers submitted by readers
Some offers on the Site were sent in by readers through our "Submit an offer" form. We do not pay readers for submissions, and readers do not earn anything when an offer they sent is claimed. Where a reader sends a personal referral link that pays the reader, we do not list it; we link to the provider's referral program page instead, or use our own link and say so.
8. Questions
If a disclosure on any page is unclear or missing, tell us at {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} and we will fix it. We review our disclosures whenever the FTC updates its guidance and at least once a year.
